We strive to provide fast and reliable delivery to ensure you receive your products in the best condition. Below are our delivery options.
Delivery in France
- Pick-up Point: Free with Chronopost in 72 hours.
- Home Delivery: Free for orders over €60 with Colissimo in 48 hours (€5.50 for orders under €60).
- Urgent Home Delivery: €12.50 in 24 hours with Chronopost.
Delivery in Europe
- Pick-up Point: free in 72-96 hours.
- Home Delivery: €8.50 with Chronopost in 48 hours.

Where are packages shipped from, and where can they be delivered?
All products available on https://www.olikana.com/ are shipped from Collioure, 66190, France.
They can be delivered to mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco), French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), and throughout Europe, except Slovenia.
How is my order shipped?
Your order will be prepared and shipped the same day or the next morning. It will be carefully packaged according to its nature.
Shipments are sent in cardboard parcels or bubble-protected letters with tracking.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to easily track its progress.
What happens if I ordered an item that is out of stock?
If an item you ordered is exceptionally out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you promptly to inform you.
We will offer to extend the shipping time by a few days, provide a replacement product, or issue a credit, which can be refunded upon request.
What happens if I don’t receive my package or it arrives damaged?
For any issues with your order, contact our Customer Service. If your package arrives damaged, we will replace the affected items.
If your package is not received, we will launch an investigation with La Poste to determine the cause and make a decision in your favor.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal upon receiving your order. To exercise this right, the products must be in their original packaging and unused.
Simply send us an email or contact us via WhatsApp. Upon receiving your complete return, we will process a refund as quickly as possible.
