Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Refund

To receive your refund, please follow the steps below:

  • Products can only be returned if they are still in their original, sealed condition and packaging. Used or damaged products cannot be refunded.
  • Request a return authorization number by sending an email with a detailed reason for the return request, along with images or a video of the product supporting your reason.
  • To ensure your refund, use a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
  • Upon receipt of your package, your products will be inspected, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • A refund receipt will be sent via email to the address used during your initial purchase.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again. It may take up to 10 business days.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, please contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.

Invalid Reasons for Cancellation

  • The buyer no longer wants the items: This is the most common reason we cannot honor if we are to continue offering great value at https://www.olikana.com/.
  • The buyer found cheaper items elsewhere: Buyers should ensure they are willing to pay the listed prices before submitting an order. Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyers must confirm they want to purchase the items before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, it constitutes a legally binding contract with the seller.
